Group Process Design and Facilitation
Strategy Arts planning programs leverage the power of collaborative group process in many ways. We use group process to support the alignment of organizations around shared goals, to access the best thinking an organization has to offer, and to enable the rich discussions that support good decision making. In addition to their planning expertise our consultants are trained facilitators who work directly with clients to design group process into our planning programs that fits with the organizations needs and style.
Business Communications Graphics
Graphics can play a unique and important role in planning and communication. Our use of graphics captures important information in a context that supports groups in creative thinking, the understanding of complex problems, and the communications of important information. Our leading edge use of graphics to support planning is reinforced by Strategy Arts’ close partnership with The Grove Consultants International.
The leadership demonstrated by an organizations leadership team is an essential element in strategic success. To support this we maintain certification in a variety of leadership development tools and offer leadership development programs for senior leadership teams as a part of our support services. Throughout our planning programs we support leadership teams by introducing important team performance tools as needed and provide coaching to leaders in support of important communications with their organizations.
