Elizabeth Guman
In order to provide this in-depth, highly customized work for clients, Elizabeth draws on her special expertise in performance improvement, needs analysis and instructional design. She teaches performance management, employee selection and development, supervisory and management courses and team communication using the DISC profile. Elizabeth has been a part-time faculty member in the graduate program in Instructional Design and Development at Penn State Great Valley and in the graduate business school at West Chester University and is currently teaching in the Communications Program for Wharton’s MBA and Executive MBA programs. Elizabeth has been a featured presenter at international, regional, and local professional conferences and meetings, and has published in the Performance Improvement Quarterly. She earned her bachelors in Business Administration from The College of William & Mary and her MEd in Instructional Systems from Penn State University. She is a member of the Board of the Sustainable Business Network of Philadelphia, serving as Co-Chair from 2006-2007. |
