Frank Nuessle
In this new economy, the processing of information and creation of knowledge are the main sources of productivity. Command and control systems simply do not work in a complex "knowledge worker" driven economy. Frank believes that a successful organization is a complex mixture of art and science. He brings his 30-year career in cable television, publishing and corporate consulting to help clients design and implement customized solutions to fundamental questions such as:
Networks of self-directed teams, not ego-driven, turf-protecting silos, are the key to success in the decades to come. Today's successful leaders understand they can't always direct a living, vibrant social system; but they can always disturb it. An effective leader must choose which disturbances to foster and then focus on creating meaning for all of his or her stakeholders. This is the new awareness, the new challenge of 21st century leadership. With particular expertise in sales, marketing and strategic planning, Frank has worked in recent years with HP, Unisys, Fujitsu Computer Systems, Harris Corporation and Siemens Medical to assist leadership to generate greater productivity from existing resources and to accelerate revenue growth. Frank holds an Economics Degree from Princeton University, a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Rochester and has studied organizational design in the Organizational Dynamics Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He resides in Newtown Square, Pa with his wife, Sita, while maintaining strong ties to San Francisco where his daughters live in the suburbs. Click below to get a PDF copy of
