Input From Wide Perspectives
We use CCL 360° assessment tools such as Benchmarks® and Executive Dimensions® to give
leaders insight into their abilities and to how they are perceived. Benchmarks uses feedback collected from Peers, Subordinates, Superiors
and others to rate leaders in 16 categories of leadership abilities. It also rates leaders in five key "derailment factors" that identify
common problems known to stall executive careers.
We use CCL's secure online Internet Assessment System to administer data collection and to track and
ensure the validity of the information collected. A very important aspect of the CCL tools is the guaranteed anonymity of input from peers
and subordinates that ensures accurate, unbiased feedback. |
