When we set out to develop our Strategic Leadership program,our goals were to help leadership teams improve their effectiveness, and to help individual leaders enjoy a more rewarding leadership experience. To help clients achieve these goals, we've combined top leadership development tools from our affiliates with our collaborative process approach to create high energy programs that build strategic leadership into the fabric of an organization. Each program combines three core elements: Individual Leadership, Team Performance, and Organizational Leadership.

The Individual Leader

Self awareness is critical for the strategic leader. We help each member of the leadership team use feedback from those around them to develop a realistic understanding of their leadership effectiveness and to create plans to improve in the areas most important to their organization..

Team Performance

The effectiveness of the leadership team depends on teamwork. Demonstrable high leadership team performance also establishes a high performance culture for teams across an organization. We help leadership teams diagnose their own team performance, develop agreements to drive improvements, and give them experience in tools they can use throughout their organizations.

Organizational Leadership

Leading today's dynamic organizations requires an approach to leadership that is empowering to teams while providing an environment of support and guidance that ensures their success and keeps the organization working together efficiently. Clarity and consistency of approach across a leadership team reinforce culture and make it clear how the organization is expected to function.
