BIO

Andrew’s passion is project management disciplines. At Strategy Arts he provides the knowledge and experience to steer clients through major programs, and to help them develop the internal organizations and appropriate skills to be successful with their future activities.

Andrew has consulted in project and program management areas for over a decade, providing guidance and support in the financial, automotive, retail, IT and pharmaceutical industries. Andrew brings a unique combination of project management and business management skills to Strategy Arts clients. Prior to his career in consulting he was the Vice President of a retail and mail order sales division, and before that he was involved in the implementation of major business systems for an international manufacturing organization.

Andy’s current focus is helping clients develop the skills to ensure success of their in-progress initiatives.

Besides project management, Andrew concentrates on organizational change management, in particular helping organizations consider approaches to organizational change readiness and adaptation.

Andrew holds a B.Eng. degree in Electronic Engineering from Liverpool University in the UK, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He’s an avid classical pianist, a licensed instrument rated pilot, and enjoys hard hiking in whatever spare time remains!
