Kevin helps organizations optimize human capital and creative strategic planning to achieve ambitious long-term goals.

Kevin supports the education planning programs at Strategy Arts. He facilitates leadership teams in assessing their organization’s strengths and challenges in the context of long-term strategic goals. His background as a Teach For America teacher in the Bronx, NY, and more recently his experience as a curriculum consultant for urban charter schools have molded his belief that ambitious goal-setting and rigorous planning are essential steps to improving public education.

Kevin is currently focused on supporting strategic planning initiatives at high-performing charter management organizations. He has a particular interest in helping organizations identify and develop the strengths and knowledge of the people who work there.

Kevin earned a masters degree in Education from Fordham University and an AB in Political Theory from Harvard University. In addition to his work for Strategy Arts, he writes fiction and nonfiction and enjoys distance running.
