Scott provides leadership and oversight at Strategy Arts and founded the firm in 2003. He innovates Strategy Arts service areas and supports large-scale projects across sectors.

Diana serves as the Racial Equity and Equitable Community Engagement Lead at Strategy Arts. She is a professional advocate committed to bringing her passion for community and healing to the communities she serves.

William manages the firm’s nonprofit/government strategic planning and supports the corporate and medical planning work. He routinely leads clients in a process of shared decision making and developing initiatives based in practical and accessible stakeholder research.

Ayanna Woods is Client Associate at Strategy Arts, assisting with facilitation, detailed notation and analysis, research, project management, and strategic planning.

Chrissie Bonner, lead of Illustrating Progress, is an organizational development practitioner, graphic facilitator, and illustrator. Chrissie has a background in nonprofit management which she has applied to a career in institutional philanthropy and capacity-building for more than 200 nonprofits since 2007.

Deirdre facilitates complex-problem solving, strategic planning sessions and interactive team discussions using innovative visual communication tools.

Taina worked as a Community Specialist on WOMEN’S WAY WESI Equity Audit Project.

Taina Estremera is a behavioral health clinical facilitator specializing with non-profit organizations, mental and behavioral health and women’s self-care.

Porsche worked as a Community Specialist on the Maternal and Child Health Community Action Network special projects.

Porsche M. Holland is a Community Birth Worker, Breastfeeding Peer Counselor, Black Maternal Health Strategist, and Birth Worker Trainer/Mentor.

Tanya worked as a Community Specialist on the Promise Zone Logic Model Project.

Tanya T. Morris has been changing lives through coaching and mentoring for the bulk of her career in non-profit management. It was this passion to help professional women, entrepreneurs and organizational leaders that led Tanya T. to start MOM Your Business in 2017
