William Huggins

Director of Strategic Planning

William is a collaborator and an expert analytical thinker and serves in the role of Director of Strategic Planning at Strategy Arts. William manages our Strategic Planning service area, specializing in project management and stakeholder research. He is adept at simplifying complex processes for clients and supporting them with actionable steps to achieve their vision. William has directly supported many strategic planning projects for organizations, businesses, and government agencies within the region and nationally. He is focused on driving the depth and validity of a project’s research while preserving distilled, approachable results that can support shared decision making. As a core competency, he has expanded how lived experience is incorporated into strategic planning work to emphasize racial equity within the planning framework in ways that balance traditional and community-level data. William is dedicated to ensuring every client is left with the tools, measures, and procedures they need to achieve long-term success. Prior to coming on board at Strategy Arts, William was the Technology and Information Coordinator at the Lincoln Square Business Improvement District (BID) in New York City where he worked collaboratively to serve the various stakeholders of the Lincoln Square neighborhood. Before joining the BID, William was a program associate at the Center on Government Performance where he worked on two major reports focusing on pulling the public’s perspective into performance measures. William graduated summa cum laude from Rowan University with a Bachelor of Art Degrees in both Sociology and Journalism. William lives on the ‘other side’ of the Delaware River in South Jersey with his wife and daughter. He has a passion for music and has spent years playing, recording, and performing. William collects vintage radios and flags. He has strong opinions about Philadelphia sports and coffee.
